On August 23, 2001 I Jason Garbutt, eighteen years old was involved in a car accident that left me a Quadriplegic. Unable to move, eat or speak, my world was suddenly shattered. With my mental capacity at 100%, I have the ability to speak though the use of a computer using a chin switch. But, progress has been slow. For the past 7 years, I have improved slowly and my body is in excellent shape, but one piece to fix this terrible puzzle is just a step away.
